美術画廊410Galleryは、オンライン ショップ上の掲載やメール等の美術画廊410Galleryが適当と判断する方法で告知または通知することにより、本規約の内容の全部または一部をいつでも変更することができます。

本規約が変更された場合、お客様は変更後の規約のみに従うものとします。

These terms apply to all customers when using the online shop.

If these terms are changed, customers shall only comply with the changed terms.

本サイトの内容に関する知的財産権はすべて美術画廊410Galleryに帰属します。本サイト上の著作物については美術画廊410Galleryが著作権または第三者から得た使用権を有します。 本サイト上で使用されている商標、商号、ロゴ、ドメインについては美術画廊410Galleryが権利または第三者から得た使用権を有します。これらを、明確に許諾された目的以外のために使用または修正することは、美術画廊410Galleryの著作権その他の知的財産権の侵害となります。美術画廊410Galleryの事前の書面による同意のない限り、本サイトのいかなる部分も、本サイトを見る目的以外のために、複製、アップロード、送信、フレ－ミング、他のサイトでのリンクなどをすることは禁止されています。

Bijutsu Gallery 410Gallery holds the copyright or third party rights to use the copyrighted material on this Site. Bijutsu Gallery 410Gallery holds the rights or third party rights to use the trademarks, trade names, logos, and domains used on this Site. Using or modifying these for purposes other than those expressly permitted is a violation of Bijutsu Gallery 410Gallery's copyright and other intellectual property rights. Copying, uploading, transmitting, framing, linking to other sites, or any other part of this Site for purposes other than viewing this Site is prohibited without Bijutsu Gallery 410Gallery's prior written consent.
第3条 会員登録・マイアカウント

「会員」とは、日本国内に住所を有し、本規約を承認の上、美術画廊410Galleryが指定する手続きに基づき会員登録を申請し、美術画廊410Galleryがこれを承認したお客様（未成年者は親権者の同意を得たものに限ります）をいいます。

美術画廊410Galleryは、前1項に基づく申請を承認する場合には登録確認メールを送信し、当該メールが受信された時点で、申請を行ったお客様を会員として登録します。

前項の手続により会員となったお客様には、固有のアカウント（「マイアカウント」）が発行されます。

会員は、登録情報の内容に変更が生じた場合、マイアカウントを通じて速やかに登録内容を変更するものとします。
Article 3 Membership Registration and My Account
"Member" refers to a customer who has an address in Japan, accepts these terms and conditions, applies for membership registration in accordance with the procedures specified by Art Gallery 410Gallery, and is approved by Art Gallery 410Gallery (in the case of a minor, this applies only to those with parental consent).
When Art Gallery 410Gallery approves an application based on the preceding paragraph 1, it will send a registration confirmation email, and register the customer who applied as a member when the email is received.
Customers who become members through the procedures in the preceding paragraph will be issued a unique account ("My Account").
If there are any changes to the registered information, the member must promptly change the registered information through My Account.
第4条 ユーザーID・パスワード

会員は、会員登録時に設定したパスワードおよび美術画廊410Galleryに届け出たメールアドレス（ユーザID）が、第三者に不正使用されることのないよう厳重に管理するものとします。

会員は、ユーザIDおよびパスワードの管理不十分、使用上の過誤及び第三者の使用に起因するトラブルならびに損害について、自らの責任および費用をもって対処するものとし、美術画廊410Galleryは一切責任を負いません。但し、美術画廊410Galleryの責めに帰すべき事由による場合はこの限りでありません。会員は、自身のマイアカウントに対する不正使用等に気付いた場合、直ちにinfo@artdag.or.jp宛にメールで通知するか、オンラインショップ・カスタマーセンター（「カスタマーセンター」）にお電話ください。
第5条 禁止事項
お客様は、次の各号に定める行為を行ってはなりません。

虚偽の情報登録

偽造クレジットカードまたは不正に取得したクレジットカードの使用

他の会員のアカウントへのアクセスおよびオンライン ショップのセキュリティー機能の妨害

個人使用以外を目的とした商品購入

その他違法行為、および美術画廊410Galleryが不適切と判断した行為
Article 4 User ID and Password
Members must strictly manage the password set at the time of membership registration and the email address (user ID) provided to Art Gallery 410Gallery to prevent unauthorized use by third parties.
Members must deal with any troubles or damages caused by insufficient management of their user ID and password, erroneous use, or use by a third party at their own responsibility and expense, and Art Gallery 410Gallery will not be held responsible in any way. However, this does not apply if the cause is attributable to Art Gallery 410Gallery. If a member notices any unauthorized use of their account, they should immediately notify us by email at info@artdag.or.jp or call the Online Shop Customer Center ("Customer Center").
第6条 商品の購入

オンライン ショップでは、商品を購入することができます。

商品の購入は、美術画廊410Galleryが指定する方法に従ってこれに申し込むものとします｡

お客様により商品購入の申し込みが行われると、美術画廊410Galleryが「ご注文受付」メールをお客様にお送りします。ご注文受付メールがお客様に到達した時点で、お客様と美術画廊410Galleryとの当該商品に関する売買契約が成立します。

商品の購入は、一回の申込みにつき一製品5個且つ合計15個を上限としております。
Article 6 Purchasing Products
You can purchase products from the online shop.
Product purchases must be made in accordance with the method specified by Art Gallery 410Gallery.
When a customer applies to purchase a product, Art Gallery 410Gallery will send the customer an "Order Confirmation" email. When the Order Confirmation Email reaches the customer, a sales contract for the product between the customer and Art Gallery 410Gallery will be concluded.
Product purchases are limited to 5 units of one product per application, and a total of 15 units.
第7条 商品の配送・受け取りについて

商品の配送先は、日本国内に限ります。

商品の受け取りは、ご指定された住所への配送にてお承りしております。
Article 7: Delivery and Receipt of Products
Delivery of products is limited to addresses within Japan.
Products will be delivered to the address you specify when you receive them.
第8条 お支払いについて

商品等のお支払金額は、消費税を含む商品等の購入代金、送料およびこれらに係る手数料ならびに当該手数料に係る消費税の合計金額となります。

お支払いは、クレジットカード決済、または商品をお届けした際の代金引換によるものとします。詳しくは、「特定商取引法に基づく表示」をご覧ください。

クレジットカードでお支払いの場合は、お客様がクレジットカード会社との間で別途契約した条件に従うものとします。お客様と当該クレジットカード会社等第三者との間で紛争が生じた場合は、当該当事者双方で解決するものとし、美術画廊410Galleryは一切責任を負わないものとします。
Article 8 Payment
The payment amount for the product is the total of the purchase price including consumption tax, shipping fee, and related fees, as well as the consumption tax related to said fees.
Payment can be made by credit card or cash on delivery when the product is delivered. For details, please see "Information Based on the Specified Commercial Transactions Act."
When paying by credit card, the payment will be subject to the terms of a separate contract between the customer and the credit card company. If a dispute arises between the customer and a third party such as the credit card company, the parties involved will resolve the matter between themselves, and Art Gallery 410 Gallery will not be held responsible in any way.
第9条 ご注文の取り消しおよび商品の返品

商品の発送手続き完了前：マイアカウント内の注文履歴にある「キャンセル」オプションを選択することにより当該注文を取り消すことができます。

お客様のご都合による返品・交換は承っておりません。商品に瑕疵（破損・汚損等）があった場合、または商品違いがあった場合に限り、良品またはご注文の商品と交換させていただきます。 詳しくは、「特定商取引法に基づく表示」をご覧ください。
Article 9 Cancellation of Orders and Return of Products
Before the product has been shipped: You can cancel the order by selecting the "Cancel" option in the order history in My Account.
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience. We will only exchange the product for a good product or the product you ordered if the product is defective (broken, dirty, etc.) or the product is incorrect. For details, please see "Information Based on the Specified Commercial Transactions Act."
