はじめに
美術画廊410Gallery（「弊社」）は、お客様*¹の個人情報（「お客様情報」）*²を次の通り取扱います。
*¹「お客様」は、弊社取扱いの商品・サービス（「美術画廊410Gallery製品」）のご購入者の他、美術画廊410Gallery製品ご購入前の方、弊社ウェブサイト（オンライン ショップを含む。「本サイト」）をご利用の方、美術画廊410Gallery製品または弊社もしくはARTDAGグループ各社に関するお問合せ・ご要望などをいただいた方、弊社社員が業務遂行の過程において名刺・メール交換等をさせていただいた方を含みます。 なお、「ARTDAGグループ各社」とは、ARTDAG等弊社と直接・間接の資本関係を有する美術画廊410Gallery各社を指し、以下弊社と併せ「ARTDAG」と総称します。

氏名、住所、性別、年齢、生年月日、メールアドレス、その他商品・サービスの提供に関してお客様から弊社に提供される一切の情報といたします。
(3) 共同利用者の利用目的
a ARTDAGグループ各社：
「２．お客様情報の利用目的」に記載の通りといたします。
b 登録百貨店等：
「２．お客様情報の利用目的」の「(1) 美術画廊410Gallery製品の売場でいただいたお客様情報」に記載の通りといたします。
c 登録百貨店等以外の取扱店：
お客様が来店し要請された場合（会員カードの提示等の黙示的な要請の場合を含む）に美術画廊410Gallery製品のご提案などのために利用する場合があります。
(4) 個人データの管理責任者ARTDAGといたします。
