Regardless of the delivery area, payment on delivery is required. The 410 office will contact you regarding delivery fees and delivery time. If there are additional costs such as framing or packaging, we will also contact you.
If there is a problem with the work
You can return or exchange any work you have purchased at the 410 Web Store. If the work you receive is defective or different from the one you ordered, we will promptly return or exchange it upon request. Please contact the 410 office within 7 days of receiving the item to request a return or exchange.
Once the procedure is complete, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
