Article 3 Membership Registration/My Account

  1. "Member" refers to a customer who has an address in Japan, agrees to these terms and conditions, applies for membership in accordance with the procedures specified by Art Gallery 410 Gallery, and has been approved by Art Gallery 410 Gallery (in the case of a minor, this applies only to customers who have parental consent).

  2. If Art Gallery 410 Gallery approves the application under the preceding paragraph 1, it will send a registration confirmation email, and upon receipt of the email, the customer who made the application will be registered as a member.

  3. Customers who become members through the procedure described above will be issued a unique account ("My Account").

  4. If there are any changes to the registered information of a Member, the Member must promptly change the registered information through My Account.

Article 3 Membership Registration and My Account

"Member" refers to a customer who has an address in Japan, accepts these terms and conditions, applies for membership registration in accordance with the procedures specified by Art Gallery 410Gallery, and is approved by Art Gallery 410Gallery (in the case of a minor, this applies only to those with parental consent).

When Art Gallery 410Gallery approves an application based on the preceding paragraph 1, it will send a registration confirmation email, and register the customer who applied as a member when the email is received.

Customers who become members through the procedures in the preceding paragraph will be issued a unique account ("My Account").

If there are any changes to the registered information, the member must promptly change the registered information through My Account.

Article 4 User ID and Password

  1. Members must carefully manage the password they set when registering and the email address (user ID) they provided to Art Gallery 410Gallery to prevent them from being used illegally by third parties.

  2. Members shall deal with any troubles or damages arising from insufficient management of their user ID and password, erroneous use, or use by a third party at their own responsibility and expense, and Art Gallery 410Gallery shall not be held responsible in any way. However, this does not apply in cases where the cause is attributable to Art Gallery 410Gallery. If a Member becomes aware of any unauthorized use of their My Account, they should immediately notify us by email at info@artdag.or.jp or call the Online Shop Customer Center ("Customer Center").

Article 5 Prohibited Matters

You must not engage in any of the following acts:

  1. False information registration

  2. Use of counterfeit or fraudulently obtained credit cards

  3. Accessing other members' accounts and interfering with the security features of the Online Shop;

  4. Purchasing products for non-personal use

  5. Any other illegal acts or acts that Art Gallery 410Gallery deems inappropriate

Article 4 User ID and Password

Members must deal with any troubles or damages caused by insufficient management of their user ID and password, erroneous use, or use by a third party at their own responsibility and expense, and Art Gallery 410Gallery will not be held responsible in any way. However, this does not apply if the cause is attributable to Art Gallery 410Gallery. If a member notices any unauthorized use of their account, they should immediately notify us by email at info@artdag.or.jp or call the Online Shop Customer Center ("Customer Center").

Article 6 Purchase of Products

  1. You can purchase products from our online store.

  2. Purchase of products must be made in accordance with the methods specified by Art Gallery 410Gallery.

  3. When you make a purchase request, Art Gallery 410Gallery will send you an "Order Confirmation" email. When the Order Confirmation Email arrives at you, a sales contract for the relevant product between you and Art Gallery 410Gallery will be concluded.

  4. The purchase limit for each product is 5 units per order, with a total of 15 units per order.

Article 6 Purchasing Products

You can purchase products from the online shop.

Product purchases must be made in accordance with the method specified by Art Gallery 410Gallery.

When a customer applies to purchase a product, Art Gallery 410Gallery will send the customer an "Order Confirmation" email. When the Order Confirmation Email reaches the customer, a sales contract for the product between the customer and Art Gallery 410Gallery will be concluded.

Product purchases are limited to 5 units of one product per application, and a total of 15 units.

Article 8: Payment

  1. The amount to be paid for the products etc. will be the total amount of the purchase price of the products etc. including consumption tax, shipping fees and any fees related to these, as well as the consumption tax related to said fees.

  2. Payment can be made by credit card or cash on delivery when the product is delivered. For details, please see "Information Based on the Specified Commercial Transactions Act."

  3. If you pay by credit card, you will be subject to the terms of a separate contract you have with your credit card company. If a dispute arises between you and a third party such as a credit card company, the matter will be resolved between the two parties, and Art Gallery 410 Gallery will not be held responsible in any way.

Article 8 Payment

The payment amount for the product is the total of the purchase price including consumption tax, shipping fee, and related fees, as well as the consumption tax related to said fees.

Payment can be made by credit card or cash on delivery when the product is delivered. For details, please see "Information Based on the Specified Commercial Transactions Act."

When paying by credit card, the payment will be subject to the terms of a separate contract between the customer and the credit card company. If a dispute arises between the customer and a third party such as the credit card company, the parties involved will resolve the matter between themselves, and Art Gallery 410 Gallery will not be held responsible in any way.

  1. Before your order has been shipped: You may cancel your order by selecting the "Cancel" option in the Order History section of your My Account.

  2. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience. We will only exchange the product for a good product or the product you ordered if the product is defective (broken, dirty, etc.) or the product is incorrect. For details, please see "Information Based on the Specified Commercial Transactions Act."
